Head Coach

Juan Carlos Amorós

Amorós has led Gotham FC since November 2022 and has already become the most successful coach in club history. Before arriving in New Jersey, Amorós enjoyed a successful spell with Tottenham Hotspur Women, helping guide the club from the third tier of English football to the Women’s Super League.

He also spent time with the Houston Dash as interim head coach, leading the club to its first-ever playoff appearance. Since taking over at Gotham, Amorós has continued to build a championship-caliber side, winning two NWSL Championships and the CONCACAF W Champions Cup.
