The Houston Dash are back at Shell Energy Stadium looking for a second win in four days. We asked our staff for their predictions on tonight’s match against the Chicago Stars.

Rudy - 2-1 Dash win
(Record: 5-7)

Houston Dash picked up an impressive win over the weekend. This is a team that simply refuses to give up, once again finding a late goal in the final minutes of the match, something we’ve become accustomed to seeing from Houston. I think they’ll get the win over Chicago tonight, but hopefully without all the late-game drama..

Dustyn - 2-1 Dash win
(Record: 7-5)

The Dash are still very much in the hunt for the playoffs and this match, a home game against the worst team in the league, is a must-win, in my opinion. Anything less than three points will be a huge disappointment, but I think Houston gets the victory.

Manny - 3-0 Dash win
(Record: 5-7)

After a stunning win over the weekend, the Dash face an underwhelming Chicago side that looks completely lost. They have no manager, players injured, and no goal production. The Stars look poised to lose another game. The Dash have enough to get over the line and continue their fine form.

Joey - 2-2 draw
(Record: 4-4)

This is an absolute must-win game for the Dash following their win against North Carolina. They need to keep the momentum going against the biggest disaster in NWSL. As we have seen with the Dash, whenever there is a chance to pick up momentum and go on a run, they fall short. 

Diego - 2-0 Dash win
(Record: 5-4)

This is a game the Dash need to win. They haven’t been able to convincingly beat any weaker opponent and they’re now faced against the weakest they’ll face all season. It would be fantastic to see this young, refreshed team continue to utilize their new signings to make impacts and I think they’re in for a solid 3 points.
