Houston Dynamo reportedly finalizing deal for DP winger

Pat Onstad recently told us a DP signing was nearly done. Fast-forward a few weeks, and the reports are rolling in: the Dynamo are set to bring in a Brazilian winger. Could this be the attacking spark Houston has been waiting for?
