Welcome to the Bayou City Soccer Podcast! In this episode, the guys break down a rough night in Tennessee, where the Houston Dynamo collapsed early against Nashville SC. A goal conceded in the very first minute, followed by a red card in the 9th, set the tone—and effectively sealed the match—for Ben Olsen’s squad. Despite a brilliant first-half equalizer from Junior Urso, the Dynamo couldn’t keep it together, eventually falling 3-1 in a match they simply had to win. The loss stings, but somehow, Houston remains just two points below the playoff line, with six points still up for grabs. That said, with an uphill battle ahead—and a must-win clash against San Diego FC looming—it’s starting to feel like the season is slipping away.
