When Dynamo Theory and the other MLS sites were no longer supported by SB Nation, we created Bayou City Soccer to conitune our coverage. Everything we do here at BCS, we do out of our own pockets. But now, you can help out, and we’re throwing in some benefits to our members.

What is BuyMeACoffee?

We've created this page for those who read our website, listen to our podcasts, and/or follow us on social media to show their support. We have set up some membership benefits so that we can thank you for that support by providing you additional value. We'll be adding more perks as well in the future.

If you don't want to become a member, you can also buy us a beer/coffee as often as you'd like by clicking the "Support" tab next to where the Membership levels are listed.

Why We're Doing This

When we lost our support from SB Nation, we had to create an independent, new site. Without the corporate backing we have to pay for our own web hosting, images, travel, and more.

Where the Membership Funds Go

The funds raised here will help us to pay for more photography needs, upgrade the website, pay for ongoing web/podcast hosting costs, purchase some needed equipment like imaging and video software, etc. We would also like to be able to compensate our staff, who have been voluntarily donating their time...some for several years. 

In other words, your support benefits you in the end with a better website, better podcasts, and potentially an expanded staff.
