Across three seasons in North London, he posted an 80-18-22 record and became the winningest manager in club history while also capturing two FA Cup titles.
His first season in San Diego was marked by inconsistency as the Wave struggled to consistently close out matches and find results. In year two, however, the turnaround has been significant, with San Diego winning 70 percent of its matches and emerging as one of the league’s toughest teams to beat.
