Houston Dash at Bay FC staff picks

The Houston Dash will look for their third straight win as they try and continue climbing the NWSL table. We asked our staff for their predictions on tonight’s match against Bay FC.

Rudy - 1-0 Dash win
(Record: 6-7)

Houston Dash are coming off an impressive 5-0 win, but I expect a much tighter game tonight. Jane Campbell may need to make a couple of big saves, but I think one goal will be enough to give Houston all three points on the road.

Dustyn - 1-1 draw
(Record: 8-5)

Houston comes into this match off two straight wins, while Bay has struggled of late. The Dash have played well in California and I think they do again in this match, but not quite enough to get the three points.

Manny - 3-1 Dash win
(Record: 6-7)

Let the win streak keep going. The Dash face another team who is struggling to stay afloat, just like Chicago. Bay FC has been struggling to keep goals out and productivity to outscore their opponents as well. This is an ideal situation for the Dash to continue to climb the table and push for playoffs.

Joey - 1-0 Dash win
(Record: 4-5)

This is an opportunity for a season defining moment in either a positive or negative way. The Dash have won two in a row and now face the team second bottom on the table. This is a must win game to keep momentum high and get themselves in the playoffs. I think they deliver and beat a really bad Bay FC team. 

Diego - 1-0 Dash win
(Record: 6-4)

The Dash, dare I say it, look like a playoff contender and they happen to face another team that is on their way down in the standings rather than up. This Bay FC side is more threatening than Chicago Stars FC, but expect Houston to come out with 3 poonts
