Houston Dash vs North Carolina staff picks

The Houston Dash are back Shell Energy Stadium tonight. We asked our staff for their predictions on the match against the North Carolina Courage.

Rudy - 2-2 draw
(Record: 2-2)

The Houston Dash have been playing some of their best soccer yet, and while home wins are essential, the long international break could leave them a bit out of rhythm. That rust might show against a strong North Carolina side, setting up what could be a tightly contested and challenging match.

Dustyn - 4-1 Dash win
(Record: 3-1)

The Dash were flying before the break and I expect more of the same as they return to action. They have a number of players who can score on offense and the defense has been very good (outside of conceding two penalty kicks).

Manny - 2-1 Dash win
(Record: 3-1)

The NWSL is back with a bang and the Dash are looking to continue their form from before the break. Despite losing Makenzy Robbe to a season ending injury, all the players are back and fit. The Courage have been up and down, especially with their inability to keep a clean sheet all year. The Dash have the weapons to take this game.

Joey - no pick
(Record: 1-1)

Diego - 2-0 Dash win
(Record: 3-1)

It looks like this Dash team continues to win, despite a chaotic game-of-the-year-esque clash vs Louisville. NCC looks like a team that can provide Houston with some danger but the loss of former Dash defender Natalie Jacobs hurts the Courage in this game.
