Houston Dash vs Seattle Reign staff picks

The Houston Dash return to Shell Energy Stadium to take on the Reign and the rain. We asked our staff for their predictions on tonight’s match against Seattle.
Rudy - 1-1 draw
(Record: 2-3)
Both teams are coming into this game after a loss. The rainy weather will likely make Seattle feel at home, while the Dash may lean more conservative than usual. The match has the feel of a drawn-out battle between two sides, with points likely being shared.
Dustyn - 1-1 draw
(Record: 3-2)
It could be a long night with the weather blowing through the Houston area today. If this game is delayed and/or played on a soggy pitch, it will disjointed and the teams will have to just play with the tactics out the window.
Manny - 1-0 Dash win
(Record: 3-2)
If Houston can handle the rain, this is a prime opportunity to beat the Reign. Seattle is missing a true focal point up front and is dealing with other key injuries. This sets up well for the Dash to bounce back and clean up the mistakes from their last match.
Joey - 1-1 draw
(Record: 1-1)
These are two teams that have shown so far that they are certainly good, but neither have proven they’re a top team. The Dash tend to come up short when attempting to hit the next level. However, with Seattle coming off two poor performances, I don’t see Seattle beating them.
Diego - no pick
(Record: 3-2)
