Houston Dynamo at LAFC staff picks

The Houston Dynamo are on the West Coast again for another tough test. We asked our staff for their predictions on tonight’s match against LAFC.
Cristian - 2-1 Dynamo win
(Record: 3-7)
Benny Ball is in full swing and with reinforcements still getting acclimated, the Dynamo should be looking even better as the weeks go by. Confidence is at an all-time high since the season started and beating a strong LAFC at home would be another huge boost.
Rudy - 2-1 Dynamo loss
(Record: 3-7)
The Dynamo enter BMO Stadium on the back of a four-match unbeaten run, but keeping that streak alive against a full-strength LAFC will be a tall task. Ben Olsen’s side has been growing in confidence with each outing, yet Los Angeles’ firepower at home might be just enough to edge this one. Expect a hard-fought battle, but LAFC to come away with a 2-1 win tonight.
Joey - 2-1 Dynamo loss
(Record: 2-7)
Denis Bouanga is finally picking up form and we all know what that means. LAFC should be a much more dangerous team this time around than in the Dynamo’s 1-0 win over them a month ago. The Dynamo have looked good in recent weeks, but I think LAFC will just be a bit too much for them to handle.
Dustyn - 2-0 Dynamo loss
(Record: 4-6)
LAFC is at full strength and with no more Champions Cup matches midweek to rotate for. Los Angeles’ offense seems to be finding its form and that spells bad news for the Dynamo in tonight’s match.
Manny - 1-0 Dynamo win
(Record 3-6)
The Dynamo have something here. Their style may not be perfect, but it’s getting results. New players are gelling and the overall play is better. LAFC is still a mixed bag, they could turn up or fall short. The Dynamo continue to improve on this season with a win tonight.
