On a third consecutive clean sheet:
"That is an important stat because we have scored multiple goals here, and the attackers tend to get credit. But the defensive group is pretty impressive. It starts with the back four, it starts with (Jonathan) Bond, it starts with Héctor (Herrera), and it just moves right on up through the field. On both sides of the ball, the energy has been good, and they are looking after each other when we are not in possession."
On the defensive effort:
"Every one of them put in the effort. Seven blocked shots is a wonderful stat. It was all of them. It was Felipe (Andrade). (Agustin) Resch made one that was incredible. Lucas (Halter) and Lawrence (Ennali) - everyone is laying out. It matters to these guys. They are enjoying playing for each other, and the subs are coming on and doing their part, as well. It has been a nice little run."
On Agustin Resch’s play:
"(Agustin Resch) continues to play at such a high level for a guy who just came out of college. He is mature. I do not worry about him getting too high or too low. He has just got a nice feel about the game. He has got a good relationship with Lucas (Halter). His passing is improving. And he is six-foot-six, so he is a big boy."
