The Houston Dynamo won again on the road, beating the New England Revolution 2-0. Let’s take a look at how everyone performed.
Starters
Jonathan Bond - 7
Another clean sheet for Bond. He only had to make two saves and he looked confident throughout as Houston limited New England to just 0.40 xG.
Lawrence Ennali - 7
Picked up a yellow for a lazy foul, but otherwise put together a very professional performance. Stayed disciplined defensively and helped keep New England from finding much joy.
Lucas Halter - 7
Solid and composed at the back. Halter helped keep the Revolution’s forwards quiet and continued to look comfortable alongside Resch.
Agustin Resch - 8.5
A well-rounded performance from the rookie, capped by a 63rd-minute corner-kick goal to seal the win. Strong defensively and excellent in the air once again. FotMob named him Player of the Match.
Felipe Andrade - 7.5
Strong all-around performance from Andrade. Defended well, handled his side of the field and helped Houston limit New England’s attacking opportunities.
Artur - 7.5
He was everywhere, once again, against New England. Covered ground, won balls, and helped Houston control the midfield while constantly making himself available.
Hector Herrera - 7
Cool, calm and collected. Herrera managed the game from midfield, helping Houston control the tempo before being replaced late.
Mateusz Bogusz - 7.5
Looked good after missing the previous match because of visa issues. Provided energy and creativity from the right side and helped Houston remain dangerous in transition.
Guilherme - 8
The Brazilian just keeps showing up week after week. He opened the scoring in stoppage time of the first half and continues to add to his impressive goal tally.
Jack McGlynn - 8
Another excellent creative performance. McGlynn delivered the corner that found the big man Resch wide open for Houston’s second goal, adding another assist to his tally.
Ezequiel Ponce - 6
A quieter night for Ponce, but he still contributed to the attack. One of his shots was deflected into the path of Guilherme for Houston’s opening goal.
Substitutes
Agustin Bouzat - 5.5
Came on late and helped Houston maintain its defensive shape while seeing out the victory.
Duncan McGuire, Aliyu Ibrahim, Diadie Samassekou, and Ondrej Lingr - N/A

Olsen has his team working like a fine-tuned machine. This squad is playing with a lot of poise and confidence, finding ways to score early and then close out games while absorbing pressure. The substitutes aren’t necessarily bringing much energy up front, but they’re doing their job helping maintain leads and earn points. Houston controlled the match well, limiting New England to just nine shots and 0.40 xG.
