HOUSTON DYNAMO HEAD COACH BEN OLSEN

On the team’s effort:

"I am disappointed for the guys after what was a good performance. The guys played really hard. They were up for it. A lot of guys played a lot of minutes, especially after a quick turnaround, and they gave each other everything. We produced some really good soccer and some really good moments. We have got to finish that game out. We had a few chances that we have got to take. That is soccer.”

On being reduced to 10 men:

“This is the Open Cup. You have to make your own luck in these moments. There was enough for us today - in the way we played - to win the game. We had some really good looks. I thought that some of the soccer and the effort was really good from our players.”

On positive takeaways from the match:

“I have so many positives. It was another good game from us, overall, and we produced enough chances to win that game. I thought we defended pretty well and everybody gave similar effort to Vancouver and Colorado. We are starting to understand the way we are playing and what makes us a good team. That is a positive.”

On Artur:

“It is always nice to see a defensive-minded and selfless player get on the scoresheet. Artur has done a great job over the last month, coming back and building his fitness up. He is a huge part of what we are doing here, and we need him. It was nice to see him get one tonight.”
