The Houston Dash won their second straight match, beating Boston Legacy FC 3-0. Let’s take a look at how everyone performed.

Starters

Jane Campbell - 7.5

Campbell didn’t have to provide heroics like she did against San Diego but she made two saves to post another clean sheet.

Leah Klenke - 7

Her passing isn’t where you’d like it, just 59% in this match, but Klenke is showing she can hold down the left flank. She was able to get forward a lot in this match and show her attacking prowess.

Paige Nielsen - 7.5

You know what you’re going to get from Nielsen pretty much every match. She won all of her ground duels in this match and contributed to a second straight clean sheet for Houston.

Malia Berkely - 7

Berkely missed a penalty in the first half but defensively she was spectacular. She had five tackles and five clearances to go along with six ground duels won. Her and Nielsen are quite a duo.

Avery Patterson - 8

Patterson’s heat map from this match is a sight to see. She was all over the right side of the field. Nine passes into the final third and nine desfensive contributions shows she can do it all.

Kat Rader - 9

The rookie got her first professional goal and was fantastic all match. She also added an assist and was all over the left side of the field for the Dash.

Danielle Colaprico - 6.5

You may not notice much of Colaprico during a match but she does the dirty work this team needs. She did it again on Saturday to contribute to another win.

Maggie Graham - 7.5

Graham is doing very well in this midfield role. Her passing is very smart and accurate and she got forward to put up 0.52 xG of her own.

Linda Ullmark - 8

Just watch back Ullmark’s assist on Van Zanten’s first goal. Pinpoint. And she doesn’t turn 20 until next month. Ullmark is going to be fun to watch for Dash fans this season.

Kiki Van Zanten - 9

After not starting in last week’s match, Van Zanten got her chance in the eleven and excelled. She scored twice and was denied a hat trick by a very close offside call. On top of that, she also created three chances.

Makenzy Robbe - 7

For a striker, Robbe’s work rate is great, something Fabrice Gautrat and his staff admire. She didn’t get on the scoresheet this week but having a veteran among a young group of attackers is going to pay off.

Substitutes

Sarah Puntigam - 6

Puntigam is a player that Gautrat has a lot of trust in off the bench. She is solid and can calm a game down, especially to see out a big lead.

Clarissa Larisey and Messiah Bright - 6

The Dash swapped their two forwards for the final fifteen minutes. Larisey and Bright coming off the bench shows how much better the depth is for this Houston team.

Allysha Chapman and Cate Hardin - N/A

Both came on late in the match. For Hardin, it was her pro debut.

Head Coach

Fabrice Gautrat - 8.5

Gautrat is pushing all the right buttons right now. Boston is an expansion side that should be beaten at home but the Dash dominated and could have had two or three more goals. Now Gautrat and the coaching staff look ahead to a big match this week with fellow unbeaten side Angel City FC.
